I ❤ HGTV.

I also love Instagram. Instead of binge-watching House Hunters all day, I found inspiration on Instagram that will make your feed instantly better.

Below are 7 accounts I follow on Instagram that you should follow if you love HGTV.

1. Benjamin Moore | @benjaminmoore

Looking for inspiration to redo a room in your home? Benjamin Moore's Instagram feed is all you need. They take paint to the next level, making it easy to envision your future home design.

2. Lonny | @lonnymag

There's something wildly satisfying about Lonny's Instagram feed. Whether it's the minimalism, muted colours, or the gorgeous homes, Lonny showcases nothing but beautiful design. They also have a book, blog, and magazine if you need more!

3. The Jungalow | @thejungalow

The Jungalow is an award-winning design blog and online shop (with it's own app!) founded by Justina Blakeney. All of your wildest bohemian dreams will come true with her eccentric patterns, lush plants, and bold colours. You might even be inspired to bring a few plants into your home after looking at this feed!

4. Kate Chipinski | @katechipinski

Kate Chipinski is an eco friendly, budget friendly DIY stylist featured in HGTV, Chatelaine and G&G magazines. Lots of inspiration for those that favour a crisp Scandinavian palette. I love her bold use of black!

5. Like To Know It Home | @liketoknow.it.home

This account is more interactive than most. They showcase home designs from other Instagram users that you can actually purchase through their app. Simply download the LIKEtoKNOW.it app in the app store, open it and enter your Instagram information, and you're ready to go! If you like any post from their feed, they will send you an email with all of the products in the photo.

6. Home Talk | @hometalk

This one is for all of you DIYers. Hometalk's Instagram feed is filled with doable ideas for your home. Their website also makes it easy to search for any project you're looking for. They even have real photos from other people who completed the projects, so you won't be fooled by unrealistic "after" photos.

7. Hilton Carter | @hiltoncarter

Hilton Carter is a plant and interior stylist. There are so many benefits to having plants in the home. You will be inspired to fill your home with greenery as Hilton makes it into an art. He also has a new book out worth picking up called Wild at Home.

Homes are popular on Instagram.

Quality images are equally as important in real estate. According to the Center for Realtor Development, homes with high-quality photography sell 32% faster and for more money. That's why every home I list receives both professional photography and marketing on Instagram.
